marya pillifant owner
A third generation Alaskan, Marya brings her passion for art and design to each project supporting clients as they create their dreams. Marya and her husband Tom, a film maker, live in Anchorage and Homer and have three children and two dogs. When both aren’t working they are either nordic skiing or sailing around Kachemak Bay. Marya is also on the board of the Sitka Fine Arts Camp and was a founder of Winterberry Charter School. In 2011 Marya received the Construction Woman of the Year Award from the National Association of Women in Construction.
ABOUT
Milly Builders is a boutique construction project management firm focused on commercial buildings in the state of Alaska. Each project is unique and we build the right team for the right job. It is of utmost importance to Milly that each owner is a critical component of the team and that we deliver the information each owner needs to create a successful project. Schedule, budget, design are all important and by working together we enable owners to prioritize those essentials and direct the project.

HISTORY
Milly Builders LLC opened in 2016. Since then we have worked with private, public and non-profit clients on in Anchorage, Girdwood, Palmer, Hope, Homer and Sitka.
